The National Institutes of Health (NIH) announced today that due to a provision in the FY12 Appropriations Bill, the NIH Salary Cap has been cut by 10%. For new awards granted on or after December 23, 2011, salaries are limited to Executive Level II of the Federal Pay Scale, which is $179,700. Click here for more information.
